What a fun evening when 60 women gathered at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church in Springfield, Virginia for a Sip and Paint with VFM Coach and artist Michele Bowden. Time for fellowhship, meeting a new friend, and maybe trying something new!
.

Michele handled the crowd with a sense of humor and the seasoned approach that we were all "beginners."

There was lots of laughing and conversation around the table. We tried not to use the word "can't."

Michele had prepped a small paint set for each person attending. What a fun way to try out color mixing.

Michele demonstrated a step by step process for us to watch and we could just follow along.

We created 2 watercolor projects in the 2 hour time frame.

A great crew of the Prince of Peace Preschool staff joined us for the event.

It is alwasy great to work with any of the Visual Falth® Ministry Team. Pictured here left to right:
Eve Waring, Emily Phoenix, Connie Denninger and Sara Wilson. (Missing helper in the photo is Elizabeth Romeo.)
Thanks to Linda Harley for treats and hospitality.
We give thanks for all the ways the Lord blesses us when we spend time together, celebrate creativity and
bring encouragment to our church community. Join Michele on Instagram at @victoryinart and her website is: https://www.victoryinart.com

So special the preschool teachers were able to join!
