Sojourn with Jesus in 2026

We are headed into a wonderful journey together for 2026 here at Visual Faith® Ministry. Sojourn with Jesus: A Year in the Gospels is our theme, and we are very excited about traveling along with Jesus. It has been a great blessing in my life to travel there eight times, and I'm headed there again in January 2026. I will be sharing with this community some of my own photos of places in Israel that you may use for any of the ways you may be doing your readings and processing. This is one of my favorite places along the Jordan River. Probably not the very place where Jesus was baptized, but the very river I have heard about since early childhood.

Wadi Qelt is a beautiful piece of the desert right outside of Jerusalem. Here are a few spots of green because it had rained that year. The contrasts of landscape are amazing in this small country, and hopefully, this image will help you picture the "desert" places in the stories you will read.
